Abandoned-Cart Reminders
Identify users who viewed products or added products to their carts without completing an order, then build an audience segment for follow-up engagement.
The CosmoGrid Early Partner Program is exclusively available with the CosmoGrid OS + AI Assistant + CDP integrated suite. We invite a limited number of brands to validate practical CDP use cases, beginning with member behavior tracking, order data alignment, tag-based segmentation, manual FCM campaigns, automated Feed notifications, and AI-powered knowledge Q&A. The goal is to gradually build remarketing and operational support workflows that can be applied in real business environments.
This early partnership uses CosmoGrid OS as the foundation and validates AI Assistant and CDP together. The objective is not simply to test a tracking tool. It is to help brands connect member data, behavioral data, push engagement, knowledge Q&A, and internal operational support into a workflow that can continue to expand over time.
Provides the foundational platform for account, permission, module, and future expansion management, allowing CDP, AI Assistant, and other modules to be managed within one system.
Supports product information, FAQs, customer service Q&A, pre-sales support, internal knowledge bases, and operating instructions, helping reduce operational and training costs after implementation.
Handles member behavior tracking, order data alignment, custom tags, audience segmentation, manual tagging, manual FCM campaigns, and automated Feed-based remarketing notifications.
Many brands have already accumulated member records, order data, advertising traffic, customer service content, and internal information. However, their data and workflows are often distributed across separate tools. The early partnership begins with one clearly defined and measurable use case.
Early partnerships do not begin with a large system. They begin with practical, measurable use cases.
Identify users who viewed products or added products to their carts without completing an order, then build an audience segment for follow-up engagement.
Identify members who previously purchased but have not returned recently, then combine purchase history with recent browsing behavior to create a re-engagement audience.
Identify high-value members and potential VIPs using purchase value, engagement frequency, browsing behavior, and order history.
Track the subsequent behavior and traffic quality of users arriving through Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other advertising sources.
Merchants can apply tags to selected members or user UUIDs, then build audiences from those UUIDs for FCM campaigns or advertising audience applications.
Organize product data, FAQs, campaign information, or internal documents into an AI Assistant knowledge base that supports customer service, sales, and operations teams.
Connect RSS feeds, XML article lists, or product feeds. The system can automatically select recent, popular, or designated content each day and send it to subscribed FCM users.
Match articles or products in a Feed with CDP browsing data through a shared URL identifier, then identify recently popular content as candidates for automated notifications.
Brands can maintain a priority list of articles or products so that designated content receives preference during daily automated notifications, increasing exposure for new products, campaign pages, feature articles, or promoted items.
Automated Feed notifications can be included as an early-partnership validation scenario. Media websites can provide RSS or XML article feeds, while e-commerce websites can provide product feeds or priority product lists. The system synchronizes Feed data each day and combines it with existing CDP browsing data to select recent, popular, or designated priority content for automated FCM notifications.
After connecting an RSS or XML article feed, the system can automatically select recent articles, popular articles, or designated priority articles each day and send them to readers who have subscribed to FCM notifications.
Product feeds or priority product lists can be connected and used for automated notifications based on new arrivals, popular products, categories, tags, or campaign products.
Feed URLs use the same URL encoding and shared identifier as CDP tracking data. This enables the system to match browsing volume and determine which content is currently receiving user attention.
The current partnership stage focuses on completed integrated functions that can be applied in real operating environments.
The following capabilities will be expanded according to the product roadmap and early-partner feedback. They are not included as commitments in the current paid scope.
Early partnership is more than a system trial. It allows participating businesses to validate real use cases and discuss product direction while the platform still has significant flexibility for adjustment.
Begin with a small validation scenario instead of implementing a complete large-scale system from the start.
Plan OS, AI Assistant, and CDP together to avoid introducing isolated tools that are difficult to expand later.
Requirements that can benefit multiple businesses will receive priority consideration for inclusion in the standard product.
Businesses participating in use-case validation and structured feedback receive phased partnership discounts.
This early partnership is exclusively available for the OS + AI Assistant + CDP integrated suite. Standalone modules are assessed separately under the standard plans.
The first month of the early partnership is used for implementation and usage observation and is not counted as a formal paid month. This period is used to review website traffic, member volume, order volume, behavioral event volume, Feed data volume, notification requirements, AI Assistant use cases, and the most suitable plan for subsequent use.
After implementation and observation are completed, both parties will confirm the applicable monthly plan beginning in Month 2 or the appropriate annual-contract tier based on actual usage, module scope, and partnership requirements.
Suitable for businesses still assessing whether the integrated suite fits their needs and that prefer to begin with a small validation scenario.
Suitable for brands with clearly defined member-data, AI Q&A, remarketing, or data-integration requirements that are willing to validate and refine the system over the long term.
| Partnership Option | Best For | Implementation and Pricing | Primary Benefits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Three-Month Integrated Scenario Validation | Businesses still assessing the solution and wishing to test one CDP use case and one AI Q&A use case first. |
Month 1 is an implementation and usage observation period
and is not counted as a formal paid month. Months 2–3 receive 40% off the standard monthly fee for the applicable plan. |
Low-commitment validation of the OS + AI Assistant + CDP integrated workflow. |
| Early Partner Annual Integrated Plan | Businesses with clear requirements that are ready to formally implement the integrated suite. |
Month 1 is an implementation and usage observation period
and is not counted as part of the formal annual contract. After the observation period, the plan tier is confirmed. Year 1 receives 50% off and Year 2 receives 30% off. |
Priority requirement discussions and priority consideration for shared features in the product roadmap. |
| Enterprise Custom Partnership | Businesses requiring private deployment, a buyout arrangement, or extensive integration. | Quoted Separately | Private deployment, API integration, source-code licensing, and custom functionality. |
Progress from initial requirements discussions to small-scale scenario validation before deciding whether to expand usage or enter a formal partnership.
Review the brand’s current member data, order data, website traffic, customer service knowledge, existing tools, and remarketing requirements.
Select one CDP use case and one AI Assistant support use case, such as inactive-member re-engagement and customer service FAQ Q&A.
Configure accounts, permissions, modules, and basic operating workflows.
Configure tracking domains, behavioral events, member ID alignment, and order-data import or integration methods. When automated notifications are included, confirm RSS, XML, or product Feed formats.
Create custom tags, audience segments, automated Feed notification rules, and the initial AI Assistant knowledge content according to the test objectives.
Review test results and discuss whether to expand usage, adjust functionality, or proceed to a formal partnership plan.
No. The early partner discount is exclusively available for the OS + AI Assistant + CDP integrated suite. Businesses requiring only the standalone CDP module can be assessed under the standard plans or through a separate quotation, but the integrated-suite discounts listed on this page will not apply.
The purpose of the partnership is not simply to test a tracking tool. It is to validate the complete workflow from platform management and AI knowledge Q&A to member-data integration and remarketing notifications. This provides a more accurate view of the long-term value after implementation.
CosmoGrid CDP already includes foundational behavior tracking, member ID bridging, tag-based segmentation, and FCM notification capabilities. However, it remains in the early-partnership and use-case validation stage. Advanced functions will continue to be expanded according to the product roadmap.
Requirements specific to a single business workflow may require a separate custom-development quotation. When a requirement can benefit multiple customers and fits the standard product roadmap, we will prioritize its assessment and may not charge a separate custom-development fee.
Early partnerships focus first on completed core functions that can be applied in real operating environments. Manual tagging, automated Feed notifications, Email, SMS, LINE, scheduled automation, event-triggered workflows, and AI-generated tags that remain unfinished or under optimization will be expanded according to the product roadmap and partnership feedback. They are not included as commitments in the current paid scope.
No. Month 1 is used for implementation and usage observation, including website traffic, member volume, order volume, behavioral event volume, notification requirements, and AI Assistant use cases. It is not counted as a formal paid month and does not reduce the formal annual-contract term.
After the first-month assessment, both parties will confirm the appropriate monthly or annual plan tier according to actual usage, module scope, and partnership requirements.
FCM deliveries generated by automated Feed notifications share the FCM delivery allowance included in the original plan with manual FCM campaigns. They are not counted under a separate delivery quota. During the early partnership, the appropriate production plan tier will be assessed according to actual website traffic, Feed volume, notification frequency, and subscriber count.
No. The system relies on the current content supplied by the brand’s RSS, XML, or product Feed and does not separately verify whether every article or product page is still accessible. Each synchronization clears the existing records for that Feed before importing the latest data. Content removed from the source Feed will therefore no longer be considered a notification candidate after the next synchronization.
